"And I say to you, make friends for yourselves by means of the mammon of
unrighteousness; taht when it fails, they may receive, they may receive you into
the eternal dwellings. "He who is faithful in a very little thing is
faithful also in much; and he who is unrighteous in a very little thing is
unrigheous also in much. "If therefore you have not been faithful in the
use of unrighteous mammon, who will entrust the true riches to you? "And
if you have not been faithful in the use of that which is another's who will
give you that which is your own?
"No servant can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and
love the other, or else he will hate the one, and love the other, or else he
will hold to one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and
mammon." Luke 16: 9-13

Some people think that Christians shouldn't care about money. That Christ came to "Free us of money". They couldn't be more wrong.

Right here Jesus openly talks about money. We are to be like Christ. So let us talk openly about money!

However, it should not be our master! Notice how Jesus says "And I say to you, make friends for yourselves of the mammon of unrighteousess; that when it fails they may receive you into eternal dwellings." Now we come to one of my thoughts is that we not only need to evanglise we need to be providing for people's needs.
