Do not judge lest you be judged, For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measuered to you.  "And why do you look at the speck to you.  "And why do you look at the speck that is in your brother's eye?  "Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out your eye.' and behold , the log is in your own eye?' "You hyprocrite, the log is in your own eye? "You hyprocrite, first take the log out of your eye, and then you will clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. Matthew 7:1-5
What made me think of this is that Lady talking about another person and she said "There something wrong with him."  Well who is she to judge.  Just because one is different doesn't make them wrong.

So often people are judgemental.  They cast judgement of others without thinking.  I think everyone needs to be more accepting.

So what if something is a sin.  Can't we love the sinner, and hat the sin?  Jesus was around the sinners of his day.  Should we do the same?

I saw this:

You this is exactly what I am talking about.  They "church" cares more for it's building funds, and sunday schools then it does what really matters.  One thing is I think people are more important then other things.  For example, Jesus never had a church.  Yet he has left a profound impact on humanity.

I really feel the "church", needs to get back to the basics.  They need to get back to putting people first.  They need to get back to helping people.

Personally, I think they need some new people in DVR or the Department of ReVocalization.  For example, I really feel education is a way someone can improve they're lot in life.  Even if they dont' work in a field that people got their degree in.  If the idea is to get people working then getting more education is vital.

For example, I really feel that getting some classes in communications would help me on the job.  Getting more education would I would also get more skills.  This would help me find a job.

My generation can't count on going to work for one company.  We can't can't count on going to work for one company and work for them our whole life.  If it happens, it's nice, but it's going to be more and more less common.

I think that everyone needs to have more then one source of income.  Rather then one source of income.  That way if one source dries up they have other sources.  For instance, most people who have a business, reinvested the money they have made back into it.

"And they sent some of the Pharisees and Herodians to him, in order to trap Him in a statement."  Mark 12: 13

Now this reminds me of Mr.Moyer.  Oh, sure he acts nice too you.  But behind his smile, lies something else.

"I AM the true vine, and My Father is the vinedressor.  "Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it, that it may bear more fruit.  "You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. "Abide in Me, and I in you.  As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you, unless you abide in me.  "I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me, and I in him, he bears much fruit; for apart from Me you can do nothing.  "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch, and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned." John 15:1-6
Now this makes me think of Reedsburg Police Department.  Now I KNOW there are Christains on it.  However, do there actions really show it?  Instead of going after people they KNOW have committed crimes, they are going after innocent people, who just trying be productive members of society.

Do their actions really "bear fruit"?  Is this what Christ would do?  I believe that if one truly is a Christian, that it will effect one's actions.

For example, I know a police officer wanted to arrest me because I haven't been going to his church.  Personally, I think the entire Reedsburg Police Department ought to be fired and then charged with Police Harassment.  They're are alot of people looking for jobs right now.  If they can't do there job right get someone in who can.

The honorable citizens deserve better then what they are getting.  Police Department is paid to do a job.  Not sit by and eat donuts.

Personally, I think we need to radically change the social security system.  If it aint broke don't fix it.  Well, it is going broke so it needs to be fixed.

Thing is that social security isn't enough to live on.  Since as you get older so do your medical bills.  Also even if one contributes to their 401k it's not enough. Workers ought to be paid out of money that is saved up while they are working.  Not being paid out of from future workers.  Therefore, American's need to save more, and spend less.

However, this money shouldn't be kept in Uncle Sam's piggybank.  The politicians have raided it before.  Therefore how do we know it won't happen again?  Personally, I think it would be better if a person could choose which institution held their retirement money.  Also why can't I take my stock from one 401k, to another investment vehicle. Why does one have to sell it?  I ought to be able to transfer that stock between plans such as a 401k or roth without selling it.

Another thing is that, most people don't have the financial literacy to select there own stocks.  Most people were better off with a pension then a 410k.  Most people don't want to spend the time researching stocks.  Personally, I feel that most people would be better off with mutual funds then with individual funds.  However, I feel the minority ought to be able to select what is invested in there accounts.

Now you may be saying, well, Earthpaladin what about all this financial corruption on wal-street?  Well, that's exactly why we need to enforce the regulation that is already there.  For example, Berney Madoff, now I can't believe one man ripped off that many people by himself.  Obviousily he is protecting people perhaps some relatives.  Also what about these feeder funds?  One of the reasons that these people are paid so much money to begin with is that the liability of holding these positions.

The age for getting social security may also need to be increased.  Younger workers may have to work longer to get it.  Now I don't think people who are getting ready to retire, how ever people who still have time to save money ought to be doing so.

What I think they should double the social security tax immediately.  Then the increase would go to people's own accounts.  As time passes more and more of it would go into people's own accounts.

Another thing is that illegal immigrants pay sales taxes, but they don't pay income or social security taxes.  However they get social security benifits.  If people come here illegally they ought to pay a penalty on deliquent taxes.  They have been taking taxes out of my paychecks.  I think that companies that hire them ought to pay a huge fine for doing so.

"A certain nobleman went to a distant country to receive a kingdom for himself, and then return.  And he called ten of his slaves, and gave them ten milnas, and said to them, 'Do business with this until I come back.'  "But his citizens hated him, and sent a delegation after him, saying 'We do not want this man to reign over us.'  "And it came about that when he returned, after receiving the kingdom, he ordered that these slaves, to whom he had given the money, be called to him in order that he might know what business they had done.  "And the first appeared, sayng, 'Master, your minas has made ten , minas more."  "And he said to him, 'Well done, good slave, because you have been faithful in a very little thing, be in authority over ten cities.'  "And the second came, saying, 'Your mina, master, has made five minas.'  "And he said to him also, 'And your are to be over five cities.'  "And another came saying, 'Master, behold your mina, which I kept put away in a handkerchief; for I was afraid of you, because your are an exacting chief; for I was afraid of you, because you did not lay down, and reap what you did not sow.'  "He said to him, 'By your own words I will judge you, you worthless slave.  Did you know that I am an exacting man, taking up what I did not lay down, and reaping what I did not sow?  'Then why did you not put the money in the bank, and having come, I would have collected it with interest?;  "And he said the bystanders, 'Take the mina away from him, and give it to the one who has the ten minas.'  "And they said to him, 'Master, he has ten minas already.'  "I tell you that to everyone who has shall more be given, but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away. Luke 19: 11-26
This reminds me of Trish at the Wilderness.  For one thing, they ought to have planned better for expenses.  If they double the size of the resort they ought to increase the housekeeping budget.  I was taught in my business management course work that a person shouldn't be held responsible for things that they can't control.  However, she was in a position where she could the costs.

If the company isn't making money the management ought to be the first to take a pay cut.  They are in a position where they have a control on the costs.  They should be setting the example.  Not trying to run the place into the ground.

Year after year they lost their best workers because they were too stingy with the wages.  Now sure they can go hire new people.  But on average it costs 1200 dollars per hire on company.  Now that's not talking like a supervisor, that's talking a regular joe.

They put people in a supervisor positions who didn't know what they were doing.  Sure they can train them, but they don't.  Personally, if I were the owners, I would have a management shakeup and it would start with Human Resources then work it way to every department.
