Personally, I think the Ho Chunk Nation and Sauk County should do a venture to buy Reedsburg Utility Service.  For one thing, then the Ho Chunk Nation would own the part of the utility.  Reedsburg Utility service could then provide services on their reservation.

Then they would have a say over the internet, phone, eletrical, sewer, and gas.  Perhaps they could have the Reedsburg Utility service use more renewable energy sources such as letting people setup wind turbines, or solar panels.  For example, perhaps then Reedsburg Utility could provide free service to the Ho Chunk in exchange for use of it's servers.  That would reduce overhead for the business.

Also they could run fiber lines on their property in exchange for free internet access.  There property lies between the Dells and Baraboo.  This would allow people to use the internet more.  For example, with internet access they might be better informed about things.

Reedsburg Utility could use this money to expand services.  For example, they could cover more areas such as less more rural areas such as La Valle or Lyndon station.  This would be a competive advantage against other companies that don't offer services in other areas.

With better internet people might have to drive less.  Then if they drive less they use less oil, and wear and tear on their vehicles.  This would help reduce pollution.

With friends like Lance Nielson you really don't need enemies.  You know the bible says to have a friend you need to be a friend.  So I finally think I fine a friend, and he starts extorting people.

He thought I lost his brother's weird wars book, so I go replace it and some more to boot.  I think he used it too steal my identity.  What a great friend you are Lance.  I was really wondering where all this money was going I was making, now I know.  

I try and keep you out of trouble by getting you to work with authorities, and what do you do?  You frame me to take the blame for your crimes.  To boot you steal the woman I wanted to marry after I was working myself to the bone to try and save up the money to support her.  Quite frankly, I hope you too are a happy couple together.  Perhaps I should have listened to other people when they tried to warn me.  Oh, well, love is blind.

Perhaps I should have known better after working for you uncle at Dominoes.  After he falsie accused me of stealing from him.  He REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAllllly needs to keep better records.  For all he talk about teamwork I dont' see alot of it going on at Dominoes.

Perhaps I shouldn't have tried to help your aunt at her store Health Habit.  Doing errands for her.  Giving her my business consulting for free.  You people really know how to put the wool over my eyes I must say.  She might want to make sure her mother isn't taking things from her when she's not there.

By the way, did I mention your two brothers.  One that owns the video rental place?  I just go in to take a look at his selection and he orders me about.  He might want to work on his customer service.

Personally, I think the Sauk County Proscutor is an asswhole.  Why?  I want to be very clear about why I feel this way.

For one thing he uses my own family against me.  Now that's just low.  He's threatened to take away their house if they didn't cooperate.

Also there was another guy who he admonished his record so he could go into the military.  He got an 86.  I got an 128 on my asvab.  Can't he do the same thing for me?

Inaddition to the fact that I put my life on the line for him and he uses it against me.  He should have made me a deal when I agreed to testify for him.  But instead he tries to pressure me into saying something I didn't do.  Now is this a good person I ask you?  Or is he just looking to make himself look good?  Seems he's only looking out for himself.  Seems he doesn't care about justice he care more about his record.

He didn't want to give me any mercy.  So why should I give him any?  Why should be nice to the guy who's trying to lock me up and throw away the key.

I've been trying to be a productive member of society.  I've been trying despite my disability to work.  But how can I when I feel people aren't giving me a fair shake.

You may be thinking, WOW!  Be let me give those who seek me harm a word of caution.  Be more afraid of 100 sheep led by one lion, then 100 lions led by one sheep.

Part of the Boy Scout Oath is "To do my duty,".  Well I have done it.  So it is time others do theres.

I'm totally against what Black Lighting has done.  I believe that in the kingdom of Heaven there will be people of all nations and tribes.  Jesus himself said that "It would be better for one to put a stone around a neck and drown themselves then to hurt one of these."

Likewise, killing a person simply because they are a different race I feel is racist.  This is not Japan.  If it were, I would be more willing to put up with things.  But when in Rome when does as the Romans so they saying goes.  People from other countries should do likewise.  Why come here if they are going to do everything like they did in their own country?

If they like it here then they ought to follow the laws like anyone else.  Otherwise then this is will be just as bad as from when they came.  So it is something for people to remember. 

I think the prosecutor in Sauk County ought to be fired for incompetence.  Why do I say this?  He knew people were disappearing and I agree to testify for him, he should have put me in the Witness Protection Program.  I put my life on the line for him, and what does he do?  He tries to use it against me.

By the way, did I mention that there were people waiting for me at the courthouse?  But I never received notice to testify.  The prosecutor should have made proper security arrangements.  It's another reason he should have been fired.

Another way he mishandled the whole affair is making deals with people that didn't have anything.  If they don't have anything to make a deal with why should they get a deal?  If he wants more convictions then he should have not messed that up.

Why should I help this guy?  Society says that if you see something going on to tell someone about it and I did that.  I'm above other people therefore I'm not responsible for their actions.  I NEVER advised Lance Nielson to extort ANYONE!  I tried to keep him out trouble, help him go pick up his check, and he tries to extort me.  Well, with friends like that I don't need enemies.

By the way, did I mention that Lance Nielson is Chad Locke's brother?  I only found this out after I started talking to him.  It's rather interesting that Chad Locke went on a mission with Lance Nielson.  Hmm...is there a connection maybe?

Personally, I have nothing against Native Americans.  I think they were some of the best warriors to ever live because they incorporated there daily skills into their fighting skills.  Though I try to stay to my own culture, as I was taught that is my culture.  So it came to a great surprise that they were using there status as part of the state department to cover up what they are doing.

I don't feel that anyone should be killed because of the color of their skin.  But those who have been breaking the law should be punished.  They shouldn't hide behind diplomatic immunity to conceal there crimes.

One thing with the legal system is it gives everyone a set of standard rules they can live by.  Then everyone can be treated fairly.  However, if everyone get's all partisan then everyone loses.  

"It is a trustyowrthy statement: if any man aspires to the office of overseer, it is fine work he desires to do.  An overseer, then, must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, prudent, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not addicted to wine or pugnacious, but gentle, uncontentous, free from the love of money.  He must be one who manges his own household well, keeping his children under control with all dignity (but if a man does not know how to manage his own household, how ill he take care of the church of God?) and not a new convert, let he become conceited and fall into condemnation incurred by the devil." 1 Timothy 3: 1-6

Now this is one of the reasons I left Trinity Baptist church in Reedsburg.  Pastor Lopp, has been putting people who are recent converts into overseer positions at the church.  Now perhaps they should be considered on matters that they are familiar with.  However, this is clearly against the scriptures.

In Timothy we find three groups:  overseers and deacons, elders, and ministers.  This makes up the church leadership.  Each has a different role to play.

Why does he need to bring in people from the outside?  Can not he develop people within his church?  He has been the Pastor there for many years.  What has been the result of this?  My thoughts go to Tom Thorpe.  Pastor Lopp, brought him in and he took a bunch of people with him when he left to found his movement.  Now I'm not saying what Tom Thorpe was right or wrong.  I'm saying that instead of relying on others to raise up his disciples he ought to be doing that himself.

"Do not acquire gold, or silver, or copper for your money belts, or abag for your journey, or even two tunics, or sandals, or a staff; for the worker is worthy of his support." Mathew 10: 9-10

Now this thinks of the Wilderness Territory and Diana Wenkman. How the management is cheats the workers out of their wages. For instance, the feel that Diana Wenkman, and Pete Tennis were trying to steal my 401k money.
If one goes into a store and tries to steal 800 dollars of goods they are arrested. Why not when they try and "steal" my 401k money? There isn't any difference between the two acts. I feel they ought to be in serve jail time.
Like wise when I am promised hours and quit another job to get more hours, that's taking bread from my table. How am I supposted to support myself when I'm making less then ten dollars a hour, and she won't give me the hours everyone else gets? I even offer to skip church to come in earlier on sundays and she turns me down.

When I quit the Wilderness Territory to get move my 401k money out, the money that went back to the company out to have gone back to the account for employee investment.  Not to be split by Pete and Diana.  They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

My thoughts?  Personally, I have never liked the carbon cap.  Reminds me of something, when I was in Scouts, it was driven into me KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID.   This legistlation is complicated from the word GO.  Also it would be another thing if most the carbon credits didn't go to environmental groups. 

I think they should tax pollution from businesses at a rate.  For example, if Foundary spews so much carbon into the air.  They should be taxed with a rate.

Another thing is companies that have polluted ought to pay to have them cleaned up.  There is an economic impact of pollution.  For example, my economics teacher once told me he went on a trip somewhere.  The tour guide said "This is from your coal plants."

Now this reminds me of Mike Lopp.

Now this reminds me of Josh Taylor. He is like the seed thrown among the thorns. For he has "Heard the word" but has "become unfruitful.

How can I say this? Because I believe Josh Taylor killed his own father with magic. I believe he drained his of his lifeforce. His father was a Christian but Josh has turned from the faith of his father. He has abandoned his Christian heritage.

He did so so he could enherit his father's property. He admited it too me personally. If there were a government body I could have reported this too, I would have. But who would have believed me? After all it's his word, against mine. After all what proof do I have? How can I prove this what court would convict him on my testimony alone?

"Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbs up sme other way, he is a thief and a robber. But he who enters by the door is a shephard of the sheep. To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out. Now the Police know Jim Schulenburg tried to extort me. The also know that he edited the tape. If they do nothing then they are just as guilty as he is. It is there job, to bring criminals to justice. Jim Schulenburg has broken the law, therefore he must be tried for his crimes.

Also know of other people who do have done other crimes. It is there job to bring criminals to justice. I will not hold it against them for a misunderstanding. But when good men do nothing, that is evil enough.

Now I worked with quite a few people at Villari's while I was teaching classes. One of them is Chett Frederickson. Everyone else was saying, "Oh, that's Chet." "Oh, well he's just that way." I think this is a form of bigotry.

The real difference between me and Cody Boesen is that I'm not into discipline for discipline's sake. I'm a "targeted" disciplinarian. If there is a problem, it needs to get fixed, so that it doesn't become a habit. Also, the group should only be punished when the group is misbehaving. The group should not be punished for a single individual.

The reason I was so hard on the kids I taught, was because I knew they would be targets. Indeed, one of them has been attacked and survived because of my training. If I hadn't been there, perhaps she would not be around. Indeed if I had not trained those kids the way I had, they would not have survived.

I trained them like I was trained. Actually, that's not true. I was ALOT more patient with them.

One of my core strategies to train Chett was to use positive peer pressure. When the other kids picked on him, I stood up for him. By the one time, Jamie Urban did pushups was when I caught him making fun of Chett. If anything I would be harder on him for making fun of Chett today.

I said, "Chett can do anything he put's his mind to." and I ment it. On my honor as an Eagle Scout, I truly believe it. I do not say this hastely, nor often. But when I do, I say it with the utmost sincerity.

Also it was I who made that scroll for Chett. Giving him that scroll was my way of encouraging him onward. Helping to realize his full potential.

So it came to a great surprise to me, to learn Chett's stepfather helped Jim Schulenburg cover up his crime of extortion. Now I cant' be made at everyone. If one makes amends I must forgive them. So I won't hold it against Chett's stepfather if he tells people what Jim Schulenburg did. I can't take on everyone.

But if they dont', then they risk becoming marginalized. For if they left people get away with things then that will say to other people, "Hey Jim Schulenburg got away with it, I can too." They need to go after the root of the problem.

That root is Jim Schulenburg. He is the one who trained Cody Boesen, and Josh Taylor. The are his disciples. Therefore, they are his "branches". When Cody Boesen, Josh Taylor, Anthony Mechanize, and Jacob Ford tried to kill me, I told Jim Schulenburg. He said, " Oh there just joking." Well, they weren't and Jim Schulenburg covered it up.

Companies ought to be responsible for collecting taxes online and out of state. As many states grapple with state deficits one way to solve this problem is getting more revenue. How would one get more revenue for their state? By making the companies that do business online collect the taxes.

This would also make things more efficient. As the IRS and the State departments of Revenue wouldn't have to chase down all the people who don't pay their taxes on out of state purchases. I pay the taxes on them, but I know alot of people don't. So not only would the state raise more money, they would save money as well.

They would kill two birds with one stone so to speak. Also then most people wouldnt' have to deal with it in the first place. Also, I mean if you do business online or out of state your usually a bigger company. Bigger companies could more afford to do this sort of thing.

Then it would also give an advantage to local businesses since they wouldn't have to pay for shipping as well. As of right now, how many people REALLY pay the sales taxes on out of state goods? I mean really, I do but I would guess there is quite a few that don't.

End the Quasi-government please! I think that either things should be government or they should be private. For example, the post office either it should be part of the government, or it should be privatized and the way things are going it probably will be taken over by the government.

Now I'm not blaming the hardworking dedicated employees of the Postal Service. Well atleast one I'm blaming. Because I think someone's that employee might be taking my check from the mail.

For example, this morning I received a Disconnect Notice, on my door. Now, it came to as a real shocker becaus I've been paying my bills to the service. I was even more shocked to learn that none of my past checks had been credited on my account. I am possitively certain that I sent in those checks.

Now, it's not unheard of for a Postal Service person to steal from the mail. It's happened quite a few times before. So I don't think it's outside the realm of possiblity that someone is taking my checks.

So what will Steven do? Why go pay online of course! It's much safer that way as since there aren't physical notices in the mail. As most identity theft cases happen from the mailbox it's more likely that it will happen that way. Not saying it wouldn't happen but it is less likely.

But if people are trying to steal my identity, I have subscribed to a little service called Identity Theft Protection. Yeah, it's really necessary in this day and age to have it. As you don't know who might get ahold of your number.

I'm not to happy with Reedsburg Utility Service right now. As there verification email didn't work. Also there payment system needs work.

Some people think that Christians shouldn't care about money. That Christ came to "Free us of money". They couldn't be more wrong.

Right here Jesus openly talks about money. We are to be like Christ. So let us talk openly about money!

However, it should not be our master! Notice how Jesus says "And I say to you, make friends for yourselves of the mammon of unrighteousess; that when it fails they may receive you into eternal dwellings." Now we come to one of my thoughts is that we not only need to evanglise we need to be providing for people's needs.

I think the city ought to purchase the old Badger theater and then clean it up and sell it too the Coop gas station for a dollar. Why? It would help the downtown development. For example, then they could put in some more pumps, maybe offer more services. Then they could hire another person.

If they Star Cinema theater is reopened then even if the Badger Theater was reopened it might not be able to compete with it. Also today you can see movies through cable, rentals, online, or purchase them in a store. There is less demand for movie theaters then there was in previous years.

The Badger Theater MIGHT have structurial issues. So it might not be cost effective to purchase it and fix it up. Also it's standing there empty at the moment in disrepair. It's an eye sore on the downtown. It probably is effecting the neighorhoods property values as it is.

The Cooperative could get a development grant for the project. This would also bring in more jobs to Reedsburg. They could hire local construction people too do the work.

Other gas stations are bigger take for instance the gas stations on the other side of town. They are alot bigger. Some offer movie rentals too.

I've written before how I think Reedsburg ought to build a flood wall to protect it's downtown. However, I think they need to do other things then just having people buy flood insurance. I know they put soil along the edges of the bank when they were repaving the road. However the city needs to do more then send out notices to buy flood insurance.


However, perhaps they should build small water retaining projects in the streams, and creeks. They could have people from the high school do this as service projects for earth day. Thus doing the project at low cost. If it rains alot then that will slow down the water from all going down into Babes creek then flooding the area. Also this will help to filter the water, and help remove population.

With all the expansion going on in the city over the last years there is alot more runoff then there used to be. So also perhaps the city could allow "green roofs" to help retain water from houses. Also they also allow people to build water storage devices to so they could keep water from flooding down the drain.

This would help prevent flooding. Also it would help us better use a natural resource. It would also help the environment.

The military needs to include a course on IT Security Awareness and Social Engineering at the military academies. They should be a required courses. Now, obviousily being military they can't have people questioning orders. However, they can teach people to have an awareness of security. They can make sure that people are on the look out for people who are trying to hack their systems.

I saw this article about cyber war and I totally agree. The USA needs to bone up it's defenses. For example, the internet ought to be a public utility like electricity, water, heat, etc. It ought to be run like one.

For example, AT & T could make contracts with local utilities to partner to provide services. AT & T could could then provide bandwith to these utilites. The local utilities could setup wide area networks so that if the internet went down the services that rely on them would still function.

I wonder how Dog the Bounty Hunter can sleep at night. I really do. I wonder how he can sleep knowing he's helping people break the law.

If he really wants to be a hero he should go to Mexico, and round up Danny Perez. See the mexican's think, "Were mexican, the laws don't apply to us." They dont' really care if they are submit themselves to the authorities. They can always go back to america.

Then it would show that the rule of law does matter. As it is right now, people are breaking the laws and getting away with it. So why should other people?

I'm a firm believer in keeping honest people honest. If people see others getting away with stuff like tax evasion such as what Danny Perez was doing, others will follow. Now I know what the mexican's think. They think that United States is apart of mexico. Well, I got news for them. Wisconsin was never part of the Lousinia purchase. Wisconsin was never part of Mexico.

Now I don't mind people coming here. Infact I'm descended from people who did. But I think they should come here LEGALLY, and OBEY THE LAWS.

I have more words for Dog The Bounty Hunter. For one thing, I don't think he doesn't seem like a dog. He seems more like a wolf in sheeps clothing to me. For instance take this scripture:

"Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, therefore be shrewd as serpents, and innocent as doves." Mathew 10:16

But he should be careful, as where there be wolves there also be Lions. In North America there is an Lion indigneous to the wilderness. It is the Mountain Lion. It is at it's most dangerous when it is trapped.

It won't attack things that it doesn't need to. It doesn't get involved in affairs that are not it's own. But woo be the man, that lays hands on it's cubs. And sometimes the Hunters, become the hunted.

Dog the Bounty Hunter seems to me like Judas. He serves Mammon not God. He is denying his own faith. If he doesn't change course he will end up in a very warm place.

It's not against Christianity to be a bounty hunter. However, he should do it to provide for him and his family not get his name across the news. Not for an ego trip either.

"And Satan entered into Judas who was called Iscariot, belonging to the number of the twelve. And he went away and discussed with the chief priests and officers how he might betray Him to them. And they were glad, and agreed to give him money. And he consented, and began seeking a good opportunity to betray Him to them apart from the multitude." Luke 22: 3-6

The state of wisconsin should have canal built from the Wisconsin River to Madison. Why are canal's pasie? Well it could also provide the state capital with water. It would also be another means of transporation.

The state of Wisconsin could then say it's a public work's program. They could say it creates a bunch of jobs for the state. It also would provide transportation. It could be made large enough to have larger boats like the ones that go on the Mississippi. Also it could provide a way to dispose of waste from Madison.

For example, they could build a recycling center in Reedsburg. Then transport the waste here to be recycled and stored. It costs less to operate here.

Then the state could build other canals through the state to form a network of canals connecting the mississippi to the great Lakes. This would help increase commerce in the state.

Also, I think that the Devils Lake Park should increase the size of it's park. They could do this by increasing the fees. That way they will bring in more income. They're fore they will be able to expand the land and have more campground. Then they will be able to expand the Lake too.

I got thinking about another bible versus, and here it is:

"and do not be called leaders: for One is your Leader, taht is , Christ. But the greatest among you shall be your servant. "And whoever exalts himself shall be humbled; and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted" Matthew 23: 1-

Again I couldn't help but think about Dog the Bounty Hunter. How he always promotes himself. Instead of giving credit to the Lord.

How he talks about himself constantly. There is a word for such behavior. That is vanity. If he really is a Christian he should be saying "This is because of Christ." He should be as a follower of Christ promoting him not himself.

It also reminds me of how thinks of himselve as a Native American. Now PERHAPS in a past life, he might have been. But unless he knows he is he shouldn't. He should honor his own ancestors. He sould stick to his own culture.

I'm not saying, having brotherhood with other races is wrong. Far from it. I think it's admirable to understand another culture. But one must take pride in their own culture, their own ancestors.

I think that Reedsburg ought to turn Babes Creek into a reservoir. For instance if they put up a flood wall around the movie theator that would be one side. Then they could put up a wall on the other side as well.

Why should people invest downtown when there is a chance that it could flood again? To setup shop downtown is quite an expense. People might have ten thousand dollars in inventory alone. Are they going to want to risk that to flood damage?

Also a reservoir would also give the city a supply of water incase of draught. It would be another supply of water incase of emmergencies. It could also be used to irrigate fields for instance.

"And whenever you fast, do not put on a gloomy face as they hypocrites do, for they neglect their appearance in order to be seen fasting by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face so that you man yot be seen fasting by men, but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will repay you. " Mathew 6: 16-18

This verses came to mind when thinking about Dog the Bounty Hunter. Now he says he Christian, but is he just serving his own interests. He makes a big deal of his christianity but are there any results of it in his life?

When I've done good deeds I've actively tried not to take credit for them so that my reward in heaven will increase. That is a place thief nor rust can destroy your treasure. Perhaps dog should think about this.

Now I'm not saying one shouldn't be recognized for their work. But what he does he does for money. What does he do to help people that he doesn't get paid for?

After reading, a post on Arion's Home, I think he is completely right. The church has lost it's way. Let me give my own experience as an example.

I attended a church for many years. Giving ten percent of my income for many years, going to youth group meetings, helping out with events, helping people finding seating, etc. However, I haven't "done anything."

The principle market for this church is married couples. For instance, there isn't alot going for young unmarried men at this church. Several other people I know agree with me on this subject.

So I tried several going to several other churches. The second church I tried was similiar theologically to the last one. However, it came up that I was singing load. Now anyone who know me, knows I have a loud voice. Personally, I was just being joyful in the lord.

Then I went to another church. They're they laughed at me. So why go back there?

My point is I tried three churches, and none of them had anything to offer me. I've been told that when one finds there church they will feel at home. Well, I haven't found one yet.

It's really hard fighting discrimination and corruption but someone's got to do it. It's not right that people with disabilities get denied promotions or opportunities other people get. I think it's just plain wrong.

How is one suppost to be a productive member of society when people won't give them a job? When they're employer won't give them enough hours for them to live on? When people won't hire them just for because of something they can't control?

Then people will get upset about a person not having a job. What up with that? People won't give a person a job then they are upset when they dont' have one?

Then there are also workplace bullies. Who prey on people who they think are "mentally weaker then other people." They ought to be ashamed of themselves.
